1) For wholesale, if your order are chosen from our website, please tell us your name, Tel No, address, as well as the sizes and quantity of the paintings from our email, Tel, fax, online service or leave your message. And we will start our working for you once receiving your advance payment. We will first make a sample and send the picture of this sample to you. You can review this sample and ask us to do some modification until you are satisfied. We will do delivery ASAP after you confirm the oil painting and pay the left. (We can provide you a CD about our samples for free, so that you can get more information about our products.)
2) For painting from photo, if you want get a painting from your own photo please upload the photo, choose type and size, and pay only a 3 0% advance payment. After we have completed your hand painted portrait we will email a photo of your painting to you, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications. If you are satisfied with your painting please pay the left then we will deliver it to you.

Yes, our paintings are 100% hand made on canvas by skilled painters, no computers and other machines are used.

Our general sizes are 8*10, 16*20, 20*24, 24*36, 36*48, 20*30, 30*40, and 48*72 (inch). However, customers can require other sizes.

For wholesale, once you have placed an order from our catalogue, it will be ready in two to five weeks after receiving the payment. (100pcs per month for museum quality, under 1000pcs for high quality, commercial quality is not limited.) For retail and painting from photo you will receive your painting in two weeks.

We provide our products to customers directly, so there is no minimum order quantity, you can choose any one you favor, and place an order. However, for the frame wholesale the minimum order quantity is 10 items. You can get the high quality product and the competitive price here. And if the order quantity is large, we can give you a reasonable discount.

We supply several Conveyance ways, including Air, Sea and Express. Since every Conveyance has its own freight charge, so we suggest that: transport by sea for the goods upon 150kg, use Air for the goods between 100kg-150kg, and use Express for the goods under 100kg. These are just our suggestions, so you can choose the conveyance way as you like.

1、Rolled in hard paper tubes.
Our hard paper tubes are very solid with iron pieces covering on two sides. We have both thick and thin types of paper tubes. Paintings will be firstly packed with a thin plastic layer between each other professionally, and then rolled in the paper tubes. Such kind of package is recommended for shipping1-6 unframed oil paintings.

2、Rolled in plastic tubes.
Solid professional plastic tubes which are specially designed for shipping oil paintings. We have three kinds of plastic tubes: thin, thick and overstricking. The length of the tubes can be adjusted to cater for different sizes of paintings. Paintings will be firstly packed with a thin plastic layer between each other professionally, and then rolled in the tubes. Such kind of package is recommended for shipping 5-30 paintings without frames.

3、Package for big bundles of paintings
If you order for more than 30 unframed paintings, we would package them in the following way: paintings will be firstly packed with a thin plastic layer between each other professionally, then all rolled firmly in plastic cloth, finally rolled and bound with canvas.

4、Packaged in hard paper boxes
Such kind of package way is specially designed for the mounted and framed oil paintings. If you only want to order few paintings, we don’t really recommend you to frame your paintings, as it might cause expensive shipping fee and might damage your paintings. However, those paintings with sizes below 20x24 are safe to be shipped with frames on.

Note: According to the regulations of Shipping Services Company, the shipping fee will be counted based on the bulk of the painting if the paintings actual weight is less than its bulk weight which is calculated in the following way:
Bulk Weight(kg) = Length (cm) x Width (cm)x Height (cm) /6000

5. Packaged in wooden boxes
This package way is recommended for framed paintings with big sizes, sculptures, and other artworks.
